During this inspection, any areas requiring attention are meticulously recorded on the Possession Addendum Report, a collaborative effort signed by both parties. Our dedicated representative then promptly addresses and rectifies any identified issues, ensuring your utmost satisfaction.
6 MONTH & YEAR END SERVICE REQUEST
To further safeguard your peace of mind, we encourage homeowners at Bloom to report any deficiencies discovered within the first 6 months to our customer service department at care@tmcresthomes.com. As the end of your inaugural year approaches, we kindly request that you share any ongoing concerns with the same contact. Rest assured, our team will promptly reach out during regular business hours to review and address your needs.
Our commitment to quality extends to our one-year Workmanship & Materials Warranty, as outlined in The Home Warranty Materials and Labour Standards Guide provided by Travelers Insurance Company of Canada. If at any point you find yourself in disagreement with the corrective measures taken or their standards, Travelers Insurance Company of Canada stands ready to assist with your concerns.
